Hi everyone! Quick post and then I'm off to church!

Breakfast- scrambled egg and 1/2 biscuit with butter and sugar free jelly

Lunch- 1/2 chili dog Dinner- pizza and birthday cake ( not the greatest choices but its my brother's 21st birthday and you have to splurge every now and then!! ) Hope everyone has a great day! Let us know what you are eating today??   Karen

Breakfast:   4 or 5 sips of a carnation instant breakfast, abosolutely could not get more than that down. Lunch:  1/2 cup tomato soup dinner:  1/2 cup cream of chicken soup lots of propel, gatorade and u/s tea

Well, today was ok. Wake up-coffee Breakfast-banana crystal lite, coffee Lunch-1/2 hamburger patty, bottom of bun, 1/2 hot dog meat only more crystal lite and coffee Supper-1 cup beans Gonna get some nyquil down in a bit, so I'll be out for the rest of the night, so where I usually drink all night long, I'll be snoozing, I hope, been fighting asthma attacks every morning about 3, so maybe if I can stop coughing long enough, I can rest and not attack. breakfast - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp chocolate syrup mixed w/ 1 packet Unjury chocolate protein powder 16.9 ounces water lunch - pintos & cheese 8.9 ounces water snack - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB 2 & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds 8 ounces water supper - 1/4 cup Beef Stroganoff (Hamburger Helper) & 1/4 cup AuGratin potatos 12 ounces skim milk & 1 tbsp SF chocolate syrup

Breakfast - 2 soft scrambled eggs and small piece of left over steak.         Lunch - leftover Chili's buffalo chicken salad     Snack - Fiber One yogurt        Dinner - American chopped soey (misspelled) homemade.     Snack - strawberry sorbet
