Whatcha Eating....Friday Edition??

Hi everyone! Severe weather is about to roll into our area. Its thundering and lightning now so this is gonna be a quick post before I shut down the computer until after the weather!

Breakfast- peanut butter crackers (3) Lunch- chicken salad with whole wheat crackers (3) Snack- probably popcorn (kinda craving it!!) Dinner- BBQ sandwich and baked beans Take care and stay safe during this bad weather!   Karen

OK, here's my food diary for Friday: Breakfast - 2 soft scrambled eggs and 1 biscuit Lunch - Campbell's heat 'n go creamy tomato soup and 8-10 crackers snack - 1 cup of sunchips dinner - don't know that yet... Thanks for your help Karen!!!

Still sick here, but I did eat a little today.   First solid meal-2 granola bars 2nd solid meal-French Fried and small piece of cube steak 3rd solid meal-Corn on the cob (small one) bbq chicken leg and few english peas Not nearly enough liquid today but Im so sick I dont stay awake long enough to drink much.  Kinda wake up, drink a little and then go back to sleep!!  Hope everyone eats better and drinks better than me today. breakfast - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 8 ounces skim milk 20 ounces protein drink lunch - pintos & cheese 16.9 ounces water snack - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 16.9 ounces water supper - 1/2 cup angus beef patty & 2 tbsp A-1 milk
