Roll Call, and Rodeo, are you ok?
Rhonda, Thanks for thinking of me and my family. My family and I have a lot to be thankful for this morning. The tornado missed us by less than a 1/2 a mile. But many of our neighbors and friends are not so lucky. My husband and I spent all day until about 9:00 last night helping as much as we could. We own a dozer and backhoe so we were busy trying to pull trees off fences and unfortunely one neighbor lost 7 horses so one of the sadest part for me was digging the hole to bury them. Having horses of our own, it was as if I was bury one of my own. But we also saw some mircle by God as well. Our friends lost their everything. No house at all. They have two boys, 13 and 8. Lane,8, was so upset because Charley, his dog, was in the house. But with God's good gracious Charley made it. About 1 hour later Charley came out from under one of the pickups that had been turned over without a scratch on him. Seeing Lane's face made me realize life is so precious. I could go on forever but we are heading back out to help some more neighbors. Thank you all for your thought and being my OH family. Becky
