Breakfast- sausage and biscuit Lunch- tuna fish and whole wheat crackers Snack- either peanuts or peanut butter crackers Dinner- rotisserie chicken and macaroni and cheese What are you eating today?   Karen

breakfast - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 20 ounce protein drink lunch - 1/2 cup Hormel chili w/ beans on 2 tbsp lettuce 16.9 ounces water snack - soft taco w/ no tortilla 16.9 ounces water supper - medium egg, 1/2 turkey sausage patty & 1 ounce cocoa roasted almonds 20 ounces skim milk Calories: 1003 Fat g: 31.5 Net Carbs: 66.36 Protein: 99.51 Fluid oz: 73.8 Note:  I feel like a cow today.  I went over 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) for lunch, then I had to fat load for supper to get my fat % up there when all I really wanted to eat was more apple slices & PB2.
