Hello all! What are we eating today? Breakfast- wheat toast and cream cheese Snack- peanuts

Lunch- chicken salad with whole wheat crackers

Well, I don't have much of a selection, but here goes...I plan on sipping on 1 HMR shake, some water, and some low calorie gatorade. I'm just trying to get in my protein.It is not easy right after getting banded! Wish me well!  Karen
