bkfst; 1 slice whole wheat bread w/ pimento cheese
snack chicken salad on ww crackers
lunch; mexican shrimp ****tail. ww crackers
snack Fruit smoothie from tropical smoothie, with double shot soy protein
Dinner; swiss steak, mashed potato, green beans
snack who knows???
