Whatcha Eating.....Monday Edition??
Good afternoon everyone! I missed this post when I was away! Best friend's wedding went smoothly though. I was very nervous! Anyway, let's see what we are eating today.......
Breakfast- cashews and a couple cheese cubes--I was so tired from the weekend that I overslept and had to rush around this morning in order to get to work on time. I had to eat a quick meal on the go and this was the easiest and most nutritional thing I could grab in a hurry!! LOL!!
Lunch- meatloaf and mashed potatoes
Dinner- pork roast and carrots
Snack- maybe a banana or a reese's cup (I have been craving one all weekend!!)

Gee, even when you have to rush out the door, your food choices are pretty good ones!
What have I had today? Whatever isn't tied down and is soft enough for my tender pouch. No grilled or broiled meats for me....too hard on me for now.
Wake up latte
Bkfst 1/2 PB &J on regular bread
Snack: mango smoothie
lunch; 1 cup red beans and rice
snack: the other half of the PB&J
Dinner: Mexican shrimp ****tail ( shrimp, avocado, cilantro and gr onion in a tomato sauce)
fresh baked bread
Snack: protein drink

Wake up - Protein shake
Breakfast - English muffin, 2 slices of bacon, coffee (2 cups)
Lunch - 1.5 oz chicken patty, 4 tbls of baked potato, couple of bites of corn, 20 oz juice
snack - granola bar, coffee
dinner - 1/4 cup shrimp alfredo, breadstick, coffee, sf cookie
If I don't go to bed early I'll probably end up eating some Edy's no sugar added ice cream - seems to be my new kick. I've just been blown away that it doesn't make me dump so I'm enjoying it - probably too much!
I also see I drink too much coffee and NO WATER! Ugh -I'm so glad I have time to do this - it helps me to realize where I'm slacking. On the up side, I did my elliptical for 20 minutes this morning. Today was the day to get back into the exercise routine. Tomorrow - upper body strength training. No gym natzi, just lots of flab to keep me motivated!
