BREAKFAST - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 20 ounce protein drink LUNCH - Bacon Club Chalupa w/ no bread, tomatos or club sauce 16.9 ounces crystal light SNACK - pintos & cheese 16.9 ounces crystal light SUPPER - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup

Can't remember what all I ate Saturday but I did drink a bunch.
I usally buy Kiwi Strawberry individual drinks (6 pack) when I buy groceries. Well, I was on the phone while at the store and accidentially picked up the kind that had sugar in it. Needless to say, I was sooo sick yesterday!
I had some grilled chicken salad w/ ranch
green beans, mac & cheese, couple bites each
1/2 CFS (not greasy but it was good)
couple crackers too offset my sick stomache
I did give my nephew a Mohawk yesterday LOL He is 10 yrs old. His Daddy (Ron) is the preacher. Ron told me when his wife see the mohawk, he would be preachin my funeral this week! The Mom had a great laugh, so did Grandparents! I cut the rest of it off before dinner last night. We all had a good laugh! Good thing my brother & sister-in-law love me!
