BREAKFAST - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 & 2 SF reese's peanut butter cups
20 ounces protein drink
LUNCH - Bacon Club chalupa w/ no chalupa bread, no tomatos & no club sauce (Taco Bell)
16.9 ounces water
SUPPER - 6 tbsp Hormel chili w/ beans & 2 tbsp lettuce
16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SNACK - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2
maybe some more fluid tonight if I stay up a little longer...

W/C oatmeal W/ calorie countdown milk & whey protein
2-20 oz. u/s tea
grilled burger meat w/ cheese, lett & Tomato lil ketchup
20 oz u/s tea....Heck! I drank all day except 30 min before & after eating! Whatever has gotten into me I like it. I have always struggled trying to get my liquids.
