Question of the day!!
Quite simple today......Did you move to lose today??? If so, what did you do, and if not, why not, lol.
I got up at 6:30, had a protein breakfast--2 eggs scrambled w/cheese.
At 7:30 I left for the gym, did 20 minutes on the treadmill
25 sit ups w/50 pounds of resistance
20 minutes on the bike
25 situps w/50 pounds of resistance
5 minutes of jump rope
25 situps w/50 pounds of resistance
Trying to get rid of my excess gut skin and my saggy thighs!!!

My plans today are, walk on the treadmill this morning. Take about a mile walk around our property (got lots of sticks & limbs to pick up) Do some heavy duty house cleaning, Vacume, moping and such. Then going to my sons new house and walking the property with him. Not a great work out but it beats riding the golf cart everywhere!
I am trying to get rid of the elephant thighs I have, ya know, the wrinkles! I have 3 lines on my thighs where I had excess skin and it looks just like elephant skin! Wrinkles! LOL Time to tighten up! Can't wait to hit the pool!

i move to lose at night after work.......from about 630p-800p depends on my mood.
last night I completed one full continuous hour on the elliptical burning close to 1000 calories.
tonight I either lift weights or box...not sure which one Gym Natzi has me doing.
i am fighting this allergy and cold thing but still working out.

I am not doing so good in this part of my journey...9 yrs later. :-(
I got up at 6:00 a.m. spent considerable time and effort getting my 18 year old daughter up and out the door to school, Thank goodness she graduates in about 4 weeks!! then off to work for me, this afternoon I went to the gym and spent 30 minutes on the treadmill and about 15 minutes working with the weights.
would have done more but Iam still sore from yesterday :)

On Friday I did, I walked to thrift store with my little niece (who just turned 10 months today!!), and then we had to walk an extra hour around the store since it started pouring rain for no reason, I didn't even know it was supposed to rain, it was hot and sunny when we left the house, LOL.
Then I did my Physical Therapy exercises, which I love, because I have to suck my stomach in while I am doing them, so not only are my shoulders, neck and back getting better but the tummy sucking has got to be helping to firm my tummy, atleast I hope it will.
Other than that I didn't do any other exercises.
Saturday I spent almost 12 hours on my feet at a concert so I don't even know how many miles that was, LOL
