What'cha eating Thursday Edition

Wake up--coffee Breakfast-2 small can biscuits w/pork tenderloin Snack--1 minute muffin Lunch-1 minute muffin w/cream cheese  Snack--6 dehydrated apple slices Dinner-No dinner, feeling kinda ucky, think its the sinus stuff, ewww, just gonna drink the night away Snack--2 cookies, maybe another reason I feel ucky!!  Shame on me!!!!!  The best part of this journey is that if you make a mistake, tomorrow is always a new day and a new chance to be better. Lots of crystal lite and coffee, rain has me back on my coffee all day Ok, whos next?? What are you eating?

I must confess.............I fell off the healthy eating wagon........ I had 2 pro shakes this morning  and for lunch chk fr steak with mashed pot and 2 bites of bread pudding. I did not eat all of it.....of course....just enough to fullfill my daily calorie intake I think  lol pro shakes for me for the rest of the day...... tabbykat..........wif da stuffy nose

Wake up      Latte Bkfst      easy mac and cheese snack   1/2 bottle Naked Juice lunch   1/4 cup tuna salad w/ egg and lite mayo on whole wheat crackers Snack;   latte Dinner      roast chicken,  sweetpotato   EDIT  forgot to back to basics.....didn't chew well enough and lost the chicken.   Oh well, snack    Muscle milk blended with a banana.....we'll see how that works.

Skinny Latte, 2 cups black coffee, 20 oz U/S tea
2 bites of egg, 2 pieces of bacon
24 oz tea, fuzzy navel, s/f fudge pop
1 slice bacon on 1 peice bread (didn't eat all the bread)
20 oz u/s tea, s/f fudge pop, 20 oz tea
DINNER....? Could it be mexican food?
Before bed I will have 2 more glasses of u/s tea and maybe another fuzzy navel
that makes about 160 oz liquid? OMG can that be right? I have been a HEAVY DRINKER TODAY! Wow, I think that is the most I have drank in 1 day since surgery! I bet I pee all night!

BREAKFAST - 1 medium egg & 1/2 turkey sausage patty 20 ounce protein drink LUNCH - soft taco w/ no tortilla & hot sauce 16.9 ounces crystal light SNACK - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp PB2 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SUPPER - 1/2 cup chicken chili 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup

Breakfast - English muffin - 2 slices bacon
Lunch - 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and gravy, slice of pizza
Snack - protein bar/coffee/juice
dinner - 3 in. french bread pizza with cheese/coffee
Snack - Edy's slow churned no sugar added vanilla ice cream - Holy Moly it doesn't make me dump!

My eating was a little schizophrenic today. I got really hungry mid afternoon and finally found a protein bar but I was about ready to knaw at my arm there for a little while!
