Susan,
Do you just drink the muscle milk by itself? I bought some and have not tried it yet. Also, Can I use it in my protein shakes? Will it taste good?
Just courious!

I get the ready to drink, regular (the one with 11 grams of fat )  I like the vanilla and banana best, and have tried the Mocha Joe (I try and tell myself it's like a latte LOL) and the cookies and cream. I haven't tried mixing it with anything, but mostly take it to work so I can have something there in case I get too busy to eat. But, since I'm on soft food and not able to get in a lot of calories, I might as well drink them here at home.  I have thought of mixing one in the bullet with some frozen fruit and yogurt to up the calories but haven't felt like I could drink all of it. Don't know how well it would hold in the frige, either.

Angie,  Glad to see Im not the only one eating granola bars.  Out of curiosity, what kind do you eat?? I eat the nature valley oat and honey crunchy and usually put peanut butter on them.  Was just curious, thought I was the only one!!! Hugs, Rhonda D.

I love granola bars! I usually get the cheap Best Choice variety, Chocolate Chip, only 8 gr of sugar per bar. I haven't tried anything else - I still try to introduce foods one at a time in case something doesn't react well with my pouch. I saw the nature valley brand on sale at the store last night so I may try them next - AT
