You gotta try these!!!
Guess today is recipe day!!!! I found this recipe on the recipe board, tryed them this morning, and oh my gosh!!!
One Minute Muffins
1/4 C oatmeal, whiz in blender to make into flour
1/2 Tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp Splenda granular
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 C egg beaters or 1 large egg
Place all ingredients in bullet cup or blender, mix well. Pour into microwave safe cup and cook on high for one minute.
It pops right out of the cup and is good, DH found it kinda dry, but I would put SF jam or something on it. I did drizzle mine with a little SF syrup and it was great. One is alllll you will need.

Dietary Fiber--3.3 grams
Sugar--.7 grams
Protein--8.7 grams
I think Im gonna put in some chopped pecans and maybe some cream cheese tomorrow and see how it goes. If you do these and make other variations, please share!!! Was good and very filling.
