Question of the day.....
I have been going to the Women Can Run Clinic for the last 4 weeks. At the conclusion of the clinic we run a 5K which will be the 2nd weekend in May. My goal is run the majority of the race and finish without going into cardiac arrest.
Last year I went to the lake with a friend. At that time I vowed that by this summer I would have lost enough weight to waterski like I did when I was young. I have started working with a personal trainer to do strength training. It may be August but I will be standing up behind that boat!!!
