Good morning all! Hope everyone has a great day! Let's see what we are eating today..... Breakfast- toast and cream cheese Lunch- Beef stir fry with whole wheat rice Dinner- baked chicken and salad Snack- banana?? (maybe) What are you eating?   Karen

7a.m. - HMR shake with a little s/f, f/f chocolate pudding mix 10 a.m. - HMR shake with 2 strawberries and 1/3 cup of f/f yogurt with a few drops of stevia 1:30 p.m.- HMR shake with 2 strawberries, 1 banana and 1/3 cup of f/f yogurt 4:30p.m. -HMR shake with a little s/f, f/f chocolate pudding mix 7:30 p.m. - HMR shake with 3 strawberries, 1 banana, and 1/3 cup of f/f yogurt I sure hope this helps me lose more weight today!!! I'm breaking the addiction to food with all of these shakes. It definitely is NOT easy!!! Most of the time, I am okay, but there have been a few times when I almost lost it and ate everything in my house!!! Please pray that I'll be able to break this addiction to food! At first, I didn't understand why Dr. Baker had everyone to go on this diet, but now I understand. It is so we won't have to break the addiction while we're recovering from surgery! (I also understand about the liver.) Even though I hate the shakes, I am glad to finally break the addiction that bound me to food!!!    : )

Hi Karen! I'm so glad to see that you are posting even though you are pre-op. I sure wish more people would do the same. Congratulations! I know its tough but you are doing so good! Keep up the good work and keep the finish line in sight!

Wake up--coffee Breakfast--One minute muffin Snack--Granola Bar Lunch--Turkey/Cheese sandwich on whole grain bread Snack--Granola Bar Dinner--Who knows, something easy, got yard work to do. Drinking lots of crystal lite and u/s tea today.  Its hot out, but I love it, can finally breathe in the heat for the first year since I can remember!!! Rhonda D.
