2 cupd black coffee, glass u/s tea
chicken breast marsala bite of alfredo, salad
tea, fuzzy navel, more tea
Dinner: cresant chicken, green beans, salad
No birthday cake for me ....the rest of the family will indulge! I am having fresh strawberries instead. If anything, I will fix me a chocolate protein shake later tonight.

Thank You Karen~ We had a big time! My Family (all the in-laws & nephews, great nephews & all the wives) were here! We have a new trend in our family on birthdays! it is not about "what we are gonna eat" it is all about the fellowship and closeness of our family! We are all so close, I am blessed to have the support of my family. BTW I am 49 today Honestly!

2 p.m. - 1 vanilla HMR shake with 3 strawberries and a banana

5 p.m. - 1 chocolate shake with a little sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix
8 p.m. - 1 vanilla shake with a banana, 3 strawberries, and 1/3 cup fat-free yogurt
Ok...I've only lost 3.5 lbs since Wed. and I don't understand why. Dr. Baker wil not do surgery if I don't lose weight during the pre-op diet. I'm scared that he'll say that I haven't lost enough on Friday when I go to weigh! Any suggestions? Should I leave the bananas out? Thanks a lot.

Thanks so much. I talked to Abbey at Dr. Baker's and she said that I might need to take some fiber. I'm going to try that too. She said that some people lose 20-30 lbs!!!! What's the deal? I normally don't have problems losing weight when I eat lots of salad and nothing else. Do you suggest I eat salad for a couple of days instead of the shakes?
