20 ounce protein drink SOLID MEAL 1 - soft taco w/ no tortilla 16.9 ounces water SOLID MEAL 2 - refried beans w/ hot sauce 26.9 ounces water SOLID MEAL 3 - 5.5 tbsp Chicken Noodle Helper & 4 SF reese's PB cups 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SNACK - 1 ounce cocoa roasted almonds & 4 apple slices

AM SHAKE: 8oz water, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 serving SF French Vanilla Cappuccino mix BREAKFAST:  1 Packer Low Sugar Instant Oatmeal (Quaker) LUNCH: Turkey TV Dinner (Swanson) minus half the stuffing and half the corn (my rats just love all those food I give them now, poor things are starting to get fat) DINNER: 1 very small piece of steak (OMG so juicy, I actually cooked a juicy steak, LOL) and some Field Pea and Green Beans PM SHAKE: none, I ran out of powder and won't be able to get any until the 3rd of May.  :( I hate being poor LOL LIQUIDS: got them all in, finally!  SNACKIES: 2 SF popsicles I am still having trouble with my stomach not feeling good, 4th day but atleast I was able to eat 3 meals.  Finally after barely eating anything for 3 days.

Pre-Consult (7/05/07): 400.12 pounds  --  73.2 BMI
Surgery Day (8/15/07): 369.8  --  67.6 BMI
Past Weight (09/30/08):  205.0  --  37.5 BMI
Current Weight (01/08/09):  190.0  --  34.7 BMI

S/F non-fat Latte, 2 cups black coffee, 16 oz u/s tea
breakfast casserole 2 bites biscuit w/ butter (1/2 cup total)
1 slice american cheese
40oz u/s tea, 20 oz u/s tea
1/2 pintos & cheese, 1/2 taco
handfull of walnuts (Yummmm)
glass of u/s tea before bed
Not a great day but I am a constant work in progress!
