Whatcha Eating....Friday Edition??
Hi everyone! Let's see what we are enjoying today.....
Breakfast- toast with cream cheese
Snack- two sugar free vanilla cream cookies
Lunch- leftover spaghetti with shredded cheese and maybe a cracker
Snack- peanuts or cashews....i will decide later!
Dinner- BBQ and coleslaw...maybe a bite or two of baked beans

I'm going to try doing this early today since I can't ever seem to remember to do it at night...I have been eating, I promise!
WAKE UP: 10oz. fat free milk with 1 tbs. nestlequick chocolate powder and a couple of squirts of sugar free chocolate syrup...makes great chocolate milk with no fat!
BREAKFAST: 2 turkey sausage links and 3/4 cup hashbrowns
LUNCH: homemade potato soup with mixed veggies and 3oz. chicken breast
SNACK: probably a banana
DINNER: who knows? I'll edit this later, hopefully

Wake up-Coffee
Breakfast-3 small can biscuits w/sf jam (took over an hour, but i was home, so i enjoyed it)
More coffee
Snack-Dehydrated apples made at home
Lunch-Pork tenderloin on bun w/provolone cheese
Snack-Granola bar
Dinner-Pork tenderloin and baked potato fries
Lots of liquid thru the day, coffee, crystal lite and u/s tea
