Whatcha Eating....Thursday Edition??

Hi everyone! Hope all are having a great day! Breakfast- 1/2 slice of buttered toast--had to eat in the cafeteria for breakfast since I had early morning duty! Lunch- leftover spaghetti with shredded cheese Snack- popcorn Dinner- not sure yet?? probably some kind of chicken dish!! Let us know what you are eating today?   Karen

I never post on this thread. GYM NATZI has me on some crazy "diet" that consists of  egg whites and either grapefruit or mixed berries for breakfast chicken or turkey with salad for mid morning snack chicken rice and veggies for lunch tuna (i eat chk or turkey) and salad for mid afternnon snack chicken rice and veggies for dinner grapefruit or mixed berries for night snack since I cant eat that much at one time I try throw in a couple protein shakes  this is what I am eating for 6 days. I will be honest and have had some breakdowns and munched on this or that...stress....and I gave up my cokes.....I still taste one every few days to make sure it still tastes the same....it does. If I do not lose any weight this week I am doing the 5 day pouch test Monday.......... have a good day tabbykat who is sick of chicken............blah

5 day pouch test is for those of us who need to get back to new pouch basics due to poor eating habits and not following rules.

Its liquids for 2 days (pro shakes, broth and so on) then you introduce soft proteins and so on. You can read various threads about it on the Grads board. I do not recommend it for newbies.  or look up  "surgical weight loss 5 day pouch test"   that should take you to the womans site who started it. tammy

BREAKFAST - apple slices & 10 cocoa roasted almonds 20 ounce protein drink 8.9 ounces crystal light LUNCH - 1/2 cup beef stew & 2 SF reese's PB cups 8 ounces crystal light SNACK - refried beans w/ hot sauce 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SUPPER - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter later tonight... more crystal light or some water... probably water
