Whatcha Eating....Thursday Edition??
Hi everyone! Hope all are having a great day! Breakfast- 1/2 slice of buttered toast--had to eat in the cafeteria for breakfast since I had early morning duty! Lunch- leftover spaghetti with shredded cheese Snack- popcorn Dinner- not sure yet?? probably some kind of chicken dish!! Let us know what you are eating today? Karen

5 day pouch test is for those of us who need to get back to new pouch basics due to poor eating habits and not following rules.
Its liquids for 2 days (pro shakes, broth and so on) then you introduce soft proteins and so on. You can read various threads about it on the Grads board. I do not recommend it for newbies. or look up "surgical weight loss 5 day pouch test" that should take you to the womans site who started it. tammy
