happy wednesday

ok....here is the deal....... i went to the gym did 20 on the elliptical and then boxed with the new bag......fun times. weighed in at 159........thats about 10 pounds gone since March 14. Dont know the inches or the exact weight as I try not to pay attention. I am not supposed to weigh in on my scale just Gym Natzi's. But we wont tell him that. Today Susan is having her surgery today.......lets all keep her in our prayers.  Where is Rhonda (horselady)??  Amy???? Evelyn?? Everyone check in and drop a line on how you are today.  have a good one tammy

I think Susan said she has to stay all night because not only were they taking out her gallbladder but I think they were checking on a lower bowel obstruction or something like that. I hope everything goes well for her.
