Whatcha Eating...Wednesday Edition??

Good Morning to all my fellow "losers"! Hope all are well today!  Breakfast- 1/2 omelette Lunch- leftover hamburger steak and potatoes Snack- peanuts Dinner- salmon and wild rice with green beans ( I think....)   Karen

Good Mornin' Karen!
Today looks like this:
2 cups black coffee, 2 glasses of u/s tea
oatmeal w/ calorie countdown milk
2 fuzzy navel drinks, 2 glasses of u/s tea
cheese & couple of crackers, few bites of salad w/ ranch
s/f pudding w/ whey protein pdr
roasted turkey breast, green beans, bite of dressing and more tea and water LOL

Anyone else eating today?

It is ! It is not real healthy but we are trying to clean out our frezers to get ready for veggies this summer! Luckily, I still have peas & Amish corn left from last year I have to cook! I love peas and beans! I just don't eat but about 1/2 cup now as apposed to a year ago when i would eat 2 full bowls!

20 ounce protein drink BREAKFAST - 1/2 slice Sara Lee Deliqhtful Wheat, 1/2 Ballpark turkey frank & 1 squirt mustard (what can I say... I've been craving a hot dog for about a week) PLUS 2 SF reese's PB cups 16.9 ounces crystal light 12 ounces water LUNCH - refried beans & hot sauce 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SUPPER - 4 apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter 8 ounces skim milk & 1 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SNACK - 10 cocoa roasted almonds I didn't feel right today - like I ate too much.  Who knows.
