1 hour and 1.5

i was on the elliptical for an hour....in 3- 20 minutes sessions.....today my scale said I was down 1.5 pounds from yesterday.......... maybe this elliptical thing is gonna work after all. Gym Natzi bought me a punching bag for the gym.....we were having to drive to the other gym just down the road......now my gym has one......oh he really is sensitive after all......I need to change his name from Gym Natzi to something sweeter....... ok everyone, have a good day tabbykat with a softie for a GYM NATZI

i already made the mistake of telling him......he did not make me do cardio this morning...he said I did enough last night........well DUH!!!!!!!!!  Anyhow.......tonight will be another challenge then boxing if they hung the bag for me. The owners of the gym laughed and said "we know who you bought that for....someone with pink gloves!", when he brought the bag into the gym. awwww he is so sweet gotta go tabbykat

Hey Kiddo, Your replies aren't coming to me...I only see them if I come back on here and see there's been a post.   Weird, huh? Will be gone tomorrow of the taking of the gallbladder. Back on Thursday afternoon.  You keep an eye on everyone and make sure they play nice.  After all, you're the one with the boxing gloves
