Hi Karen, that's what I like to see.....planning ahead! Today I get to go out for a bit. Wow...almost a week since one surgery, and then it will be next Monday before I'm allowed to drive again, so I'm making the most of it while I can!  Have to go do a bride's hair for her photo session, then a few last minute things from the grocery store and then back home again.  Not much that's exciting, but at least it's not inside. Wake up:   latte bkfst:      whole wheat tortilla w/ homemade refries and cheese snack:      protein drink Lunch:      baked potato  w/ sour cream snack:      latte snack:      almonds  and craisins Dinner:      curried lentil soup Snack:      apple slices w/ splenda and cinnamon ----yummmm

BREAKFAST - 4 apple slices w/ 10 cocoa roasted almonds 8.45 ounces crystal light 20 ounce protein drink LUNCH - chicken & lettuce w/ hot sauce 16.9 ounces crystal light SNACK - soft taco w/ no lettuce & hot sauce + 2 SF reese's PB cups 20 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SUPPER - medium egg, 1/2 turkey sausage, 1/2 slice wheat toast & 2 SF reese's PB cups Calories:  945 Fat:  30.70  Net Carbs:  54.35 Protein:  94.55  Fluid Ounces:  65.35

couple bites grilled pork chop, beans, corn
cheese sticks
s/f ice cream, tea, water, s/f koolaid
beans, bananna, cashews
That's about it today!
Anyone else eat today?
