Hi Karen, that's what I like to see.....planning ahead!
Today I get to go out for a bit. Wow...almost a week since one surgery, and then it will be next Monday before I'm allowed to drive again, so I'm making the most of it while I can! Have to go do a bride's hair for her photo session, then a few last minute things from the grocery store and then back home again. Not much that's exciting, but at least it's not inside.
Wake up: latte
bkfst: whole wheat tortilla w/ homemade refries and cheese

Lunch: baked potato w/ sour cream

snack: almonds and craisins
Dinner: curried lentil soup
Snack: apple slices w/ splenda and cinnamon ----yummmm
