Todays move to lose

Well, lets all get on the moving van w/tabbycat and get this excess skin off and feel better!! I will be working out later and my goal is 7 minutes on the eliptical, 40 on the treadmill, 15 on the bike, 75 situps w/50 pounds of resitance. and Im not sure how many jump ropes.  Every day I increase a little more, one day I too will be on the elipitical 45 minutes!!!!  Lord, how does she do that??? Lets move to lose, and post it, summer is coming, lets tighten up those tooshies!! Running, Rhonda D.

45 mins on the elliptical is nothing when you just go at an even pace.....now GYM NATZI has me raising and lowering the resistance and alternating with going forwards and backwards....I shall have buns of steel and thunder thighs in no time flat and I have to do that stinking interval training on the treadmill where every minute you change the elevation all the way up to 15%.......walking at 3.5 miles per hour is almost a jog for my 24 inch legs. I sweat so bad that it drips off my earlobes and I look like I pi&&ed my pants.....ew ick!!!!! Come on losers..........lets get moving......whooooo can you feel the burn??? Remember that which does not kill us makes us stronger.....I think tonight I will wear my SUPERMAN shirt and go after GYM NATZI!!!!!!!!  Have a good day tabbykat with the toned tush
