So far... BREAKFAST - 4 apple slices & 10 cocoa roasted almonds 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup 16.9 ounces crystal light LUNCH - refried beans w/ hot sauce 16.9 ounces crystal light 8.45 ounces crystal light SUPPER - soft taco w/out tortilla & hot sauce 20 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SNACK - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter

Today has been ok, as of now.  3-4 cups of coffee, package of oat granola bars w/peanut butter, Snack-1 banana Lunch 2 scrambled eggs w/chees, more coffee.  Snack-Banana (cant help it, im hooked) Dinner-1/2 pork chop, chicken rice a roni.  More coffee and prolly some hot chocolate.  Its cold here!!!!  Hope everyone else has had a great day. Hi everyone! Today has been hectic to say the least.....let's see..... Breakfast- toast with cream cheese and one slice turkey bacon Lunch- left over roast beef and mashed potaotes Dinner- baked chicken and field peas (haven't had it yet but this is what I am planning) Snack- maybe some peanuts Don't feel like eating today so I hope I can get through dinner and a light snack. I have some kids out with a nasty little virus so I hope I am not next in line for that! YUCK!!

AM SHAKE: Vanilla Protein Powder with SF French Vanilla Cappuccino mix, 1 Folgers Instand Coffee packet and 15oz ho****er BREAKFAST: 1 Packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal Apples n Cinnamon (the 50% Less Sugar kind) LUNCH: Half a Meatloaf Muffin (made the other night by me) and 2 spoonfuls of Chicken n Garlic Rice with cheese DINNER:  Cottage Cheese with a few pieces of Splenda Sweetened Pears and Peaches from a can.  And a little juice to sweeten the cottage cheese, yummy!! PM SHAKE: LIQUIDS: 20oz tea with lemon and splenda, 10oz milk with SF chocolate syrup

Ok....back on track! wake up:  latte bkfst:   whole wheat tortilla w/diced chicken and 2% cheese Snack:   latte Lunch:  easy mac and cheese Dinner:   black bean/corn/cheese quesidilla,  refried beans(homemade, no fat) snack:;    I'm  splurging....DIL's b'day....creme brulee

1 slice american cheese, pork rinds
fuzzy navel, 24 oz water, glass u/s tea
3 s/f cookies 1/2 bananna
grilled chicken and veggies
16 oz s/f fruit punch, 8 oz water
I feel like I have ate all day.
