todays exercise

 I have a 20 interval training program that GYM NATZI had me do this morning on the elliptical. In 20 minutes your resistance gets to 6.  Every 2 minutes you change the resistance and also go backwards for 2 minutes and forwards for 2 minutes.... IT WAS HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was sweating so bad.....the program is in a magazine I have and it says in 20 mins you will burn 200 cals....my elliptical said I burned 314.....I txt GYM NATZI and requested he send an ambulance followed by a coroner....he laughed at me.... I will refrain from showing him any more exercise programs in my magazines...........he told me tonight I have to do it 2 times at the gym......Lord help me. gotta go to work now huggs Tammy with-out a pulse

I am not doing so good in this part of my journey...9 yrs later. :-(
