I only lost 2 pounds. Did not ask about the inches I was too bummed. I know that muscle weighs more than fat and my clothes are fitting better, so thats all positive. He has switched my eating and has me on this 6 day eating plan and is making me do all cardio this week and we are going to see how that goes......no weights.....blah....... Even tho we have surgery....its still hard to lose weight...I guess thats the importance of getting to goal and staying there.  I can get on the elliptical for 45 mins....treadmill for 2 hours....I can do all the walking lunges and lift weights......I am more flexible and able to withstand the grueling pain that comes with working out. I push myself because I refuse to let people see me fail.  Its funny how I can endure all the work outs and crap but cant change my eating habits to what he wants. I am not eating enough.....still...usually under 1100 cals per day. oh well, I am not on here to ruin anyones day, just wanted to post for those who are interested. have a good Monday tabbykat

Honey girl, you're doing great no matter what you say!  Two pounds a week is what the "experts" say is a good amount to lose, and you're certainly trying your hardest.  Trying to get in all the calories you need to support the exercising you're doing is tough. I told you I feel like I'm either eating or drinking every waking minute of my day....just to reach 1500 calories. Keep up the good work.  You're not spoiling anyone's day here

Susan

thanks for the support......from everyone.....i guess we never know how hard this whole surgery to lose weight thing is until 7 yrs later we still struggle to do right and correct the poor habits we sometimes resort to.....its a daily challenge........

i know the 2 pounds a week is good.....i have some people who expect 5-10 pounds a week, they compare me to biggest loser.....well for one thing I am not in the gym all day and evening, I am eating differently then them and to be honest we dont know what those people really go through...and it is harder to lose that "last" few pounds as opposed to having to lose 100 and being put into the situation they are......they also lose a ton of water weight.....of course my results will be different than theirs.  oh well thanks for the support huggs tabbykat
