Whatcha Eating....Friday Edition??

Hi everyone! It was a rocky night with the storms and we are about to float away.....AGAIN!!! But we will make it!!  Breakfast- whole wheat toast with butter (the zero calories spray kind) Lunch- soft taco Snack- almonds Dinner- rotisserie chicken with rice and field peas Snack- maybe popcorn.....its a Friday night movie must have!!!   Karen

Happy Friday Karen!
Do ya ever just get tired of trying to think of something new to eat? I just keep eating the same old thing day in and day out! I tried something different today:
Latte, black coffee, u/s tea
homeade ravioli & sauce w/ cheese 1/2 cup
1 large strawberry
fuzzy navel, u/s tea
for dinner I think I will have purple hull peas & try to get the rest of my liquid in for the day.

apple slices & cocoa roasted almonds 20 ounce protein drink 16.9 ounces water refried beans w/ hot sauce 16.9 ounces water soft taco w/ no tortilla 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter more water
