Hello everyone! Hope you are all safe and dry on what looks to be a stormy day! Breakfast- 3 Peanut Butter crackers Snack- reduced fat cheez-its Lunch- leftover baked chicken and macaroni and cheese Dinner- not sure yet?? What are you eating today?   Karen

BREAKFAST - apple slices & cocoa roasted almonds 20 ounce protein drink 20 ounces water LUNCH - chili w/ beans & lettuce 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup SNACK - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter 16.9 ounces water SUPPER - medium egg & 1/2 slice turkey sausage

I know I ate yesterday, but since I can hardly see out of the slits in my eyes, I didn't do fit day.  I know I had my lattes, couldn't live without those, and an apple w/ cinnimon sprinkled on it. Oh yeah, a South Beach Diet entre, but can't remember what it was. Anyway, I got my fluids  and protein in, and that's about all that matters!
