Hello everyone! Hope all are well on this rainy morning... Breakfast- 1/4 Peanut Butter sandwich Lunch- 2 baked rotisserie style chicken wings Dinner- baked chicken and macaroni salad Snack- maybe 1/2 a banana What are you eating today?   Karen

Wake up--coffee Breakfast--2 eggs scrambled w/cheese and turkey strips more coffee Lunch-1/2 C homade chicken salad on slice of whole grain bread Snack-Protein smoothie Dinner--tilapia fillet and steamed squash and onions Snack--s/f popscicles some crystal lite actually gonna get all of my protein in today and my liquids, go me!!!!

Breakfast- 1 String Cheese and WW yogurt Lunch- Lean Cusine Chicken & pasta Dinner - homemade taco soup haven't been too good today on getting in the liquids, I have 2 weeks till surgery date and trying hard to get the "liquid habit" down now but strugling with it.

Mary Lou,
You are doing very good! Some of the liquid stuff will come easier after surgery. It did for me anyway. I think it is easier for me to drink that it is to stop and eat.
Today:
S/f Latte, coffee, water
chili & crackers
tea, tea & more tea!
slice of cheese
OK I had TCBY Cap chiller....yep I got sick! darn stuff caused me to miss church! That's what I get for testing the water!
That is all the excitement I can stand for one day!
Thursday will be better!

BREAKFAST - apple slices & cocoa roasted almonds 23.8 ounces water LUNCH - pintos & cheese 10 ounces water SNACK - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter 20 ounce protein drink SUPPER - chili w/ beans & lettuce 16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
