Hi everyone! Busy morning here for me! We are doing state testing (SAT-10) at school this week so this posting is a little later than usual.  Breakfast- whole wheat toast with cream cheese Snack- popcorn Lunch- meatloaf and northern beans Dinner- salmon and wild rice and maybe a green bean or two What are you eating today?   Karen

My day looks like this:
Latte, U/S tea X2, pork rinds
american cheese/ sliced ham 4 crackers
fuzzy navel drink, water, Protein bullett
fat:28

protein:54
sugar: 16
calories: 580
I still have to figure something out for dinner.

Hey Rhonda! You have no idea how ready I am for summer. I have had a good group of kids this year but I am just ready for a break!! Last summer, I was anxious because I had surgery in June. I didn't get to do much relaxing with follow up appointments in Little Rock after the surgery and all that. This summer though, I plan to relax and stay by the pool EVERY day!! Hopefully, I will have a nice tan!!   Karen

BREAKFAST - apple slices & 1/2 ounce cocoa roasted almonds 20 ounce protein drink LUNCH - soft taco w/ no tortilla 12 ounce protein smoothie 16.9 ounces water SNACK - chili w/ beans mixed with lettuce 16.9 ounces water SUPPER - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
