Whatcha Eating....Monday Edition??
Hello ladies and gentlemen! Nice to see that it isn't raining this morning. Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and has had a great start to the week so far! Let's see what we are all eating today....
Breakfast- peanuts and cheese cubes.....I was late and pressed for time so I had to improvise!
Lunch- grilled chicken breast and maybe a couple bites of salad
Dinner- hamburger steak and mashed potatoes

BREAKFAST - about 90% of an egg & about 90% of 1/2 turkey sausage patty
20 ounce protein drink
16.9 ounces water
LUNCH - refried beans w/ hot sauce
16.9 ounces water
AFTERNOON SNACK - chili w/ beans on a bed of lettuce (OMG IT WAS GOOD)
20 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SUPPER - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
I'm craving pears & more lettuce. I think tomorrow warrants a trip to the grocery store to get more shredded lettuce & some pears. Yummmmmmm
