Hope everyone is dry and safe out there! Let's see what we are eating today.... Breakfast- scrambled egg and turkey sausage Lunch- grilled ch****n breast Snack- peanuts Dinner- not sure yet.....will update later Take care and everyone have a great weekend! I will be out of town Saturday and Sunday so I hope someone else will do the posting for the weekend!   Karen

Breakfast: Cheesecake shake

Snack: Peanuts

Lunch : 1/2 string cheese, 3 thin slices of roast beef

Dinner: 1 oz steak

Well, yesterday was one of those days that I did what most folks want to do when it rains!!! I stayed in bed a great portion of the day, and it certainly felt good and I didnt even feel guilty about it!!! Wake up-Coffee Snack-Granola Bars Brunch-Homemade apple/pecan pancakes made by hubby, they were the BOMB!!!! Back to bed for a few hours Big ole glass crystal lite Snack-Homemade roasted pecans Snack-Tablespoon peanut butter Dinner-Beef/Chicken combo fajitas on whole grain tortillas More crystal lite S/F popscicles Soy milk w/vanilla protein powder Snack-Trail mix Some days I feel like all I do is eat, then I look at it, and everything was healthy, and had nutrients, so hey, better than before surgery when all I ate was french fries and pizza sticks and fried stuff.  Hope everyone has a great weekend, Im off to play w/my father in law and sell wild hogs!!!! 7.5/20 ounces skim milk + 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter + 4/8 apple slices (large yellow apple?)
