Whatcha Eating.....Thursday Edition??
Hello everyone! Looks to be another washed out day here in Eastern Arkansas. MORE RAIN.....as if we need it?? hello??? Anyway, maybe our food choices will be better than our weather today....let's see..... Breakfast- scrambled egg and turkey bacon Lunch- grilled pork chop and leftover northern beans Snack- peanuts and maybe some cheese cubes
Dinner- baked chicken and rice casserole and green beans

Here's my day, such as it was
Wake up: whole milk latte
Bkfst: carb balance tortilla w/ turkey breakfast sausage and 2% cheese
Snack: Naked juice
Lunch: lean cuisine grilled chicken w/ veggies
Snack: 1 oz almonds
Snack: whole milk latte
Dinner: Spaghetti squash w/ marinara sauce & cheese
Snack: 1/2 apple

BREAKFAST - egg white, 1/2 slice cheese & 1/2 slice SF toast
8 ounces skim milk & 1 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
16.9 ounces water
LUNCH - pintos & cheese w/ hot sauce
12 ounc protein smoothie
SNACK - chicken & lettuce w/ hot sauce
16.9 ounces water
SUPPER - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter
