Whatcha Eating....Wednesday Edition??
Good morning everyone! Let's see what we are having today.... Breakfast- scrambled egg
Lunch- leftover ham and field peas
Snack- almonds and cheese cubes
Dinner- fish and a few bites of baked potato I was so happy to see the number of posting for yesterday's thread. Lets try to beat that number today!! Have a great day!! Karen

breakfast-granola bars w/peanut butter
more and more coffee ( its cold and raining here)
lunch-hot ham and cheese on whole grain bread 3/4 of it
snack-dehydrated fruit made at home
crystal lite
u/s tea
dinner-homemade fajitas
prolly some s/f popscicles and maybe a protein shake

So far today:
Weight Control Oatmeal w/ claorie countdown milk and 1 scoop of Whey powder
1 skinny Latte, 2 cups black coffee, 2 glasses u/s tea
cheddar cheese and crackers 1 grape bullet
Dinner after church:
1/4 grilled chop, salad w/ranch, 3 bites of potato
before bed I will drink 2 glasses of tea
totals:
calories: 980
protein 98gr
Liquids 122 oz

Yesterday was great, wasn't it? I hope we can out do it today!!
Wake up: whole milk latte
bkfst: toasted English muffin w/ shredded 2% cheese----didn't sit well so I didn't eat all of it
Way to work: whole milk latte
snack: baked potato
Lunch: lean cuisine swedish meatballs--1/2
Snack; 15 almonds
Dinner: talapia, pea pods and 1/4 c whole grain blend
Snack: Muscle milk

AM SHAKE: 8oz water and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
BREAKFAST: skipped b'fast because I had to run out the door and ended up being gone for several hours.
LUNCH: Mcdonalds cheeseburger (minus the bread and I asked for no sauces) And I blotted the burger just to be sure I got out some of the oil. (Like I said earlier, I was out longer than I intended to be)
DINNER: Chicken
PM SHAKE: fell asleep before I could make it
SNACK: Beef Jerky, yummo & Guilt Free Fudge Cream pop
LIQUIDS: Ok I was way under my liquids, I know, I tried to get them in when I got home but I only managed like 40oz total for the day.
