like a good little girl.................

i went to the gym yesterday. ok so lets start off with.GYM NATZI called me at 345am to wake me up.......ok so I walked around half asleep talking to him while getting dressed..............

I did 30 on the elliptical....non stop.....and 30 on the treadmill.......ok so I go to work.....GYM NATZI calls me to see if I ate enough........no I did not..........he said "see you at the gym dont be late!!" ok 645pm....I am all cute with hair and makeup on to go work out......GYM NATZI...ackwknowledges my presence with a nod and a very loud "get busy"........ok so I had myself a 30 min ride on the bike....then go to the treadmill......he avoided me and avoided me so I could not ask when I could stop.....after walking 1 hour I had to pee....he said no 30 more minutes.......so I did my 30 minute sentence and then took off running.....made GYM NATZI laugh.....I peed for 5 minutes I swear...so then it was time for abdominals......they hurt.....but I did them....he stretched me and rubbed my sore back from lifting weights.............and I went home......... today I only went 30 on the elliptical.....its not like I wont make up the difference tonight....after cardio it is weights. ok now for some other news......................are ya'll holding tightly to you panties????? I have sent off for the books and class info to become a fitness and nutrition instructor. I would like to somewhat specialize in us......its a 2 year course that with dedication and discipline I can complete in 6 months. GYM NATZI.....told me to give it a shot.  I could be changing my life as we speak.  today the size 10's are on. Today I go to my plastic surgeon so he can check out the girls and admire his good work.....they are just over a year old.........so I should have the go ahead to not see him again for a year......look out tanning bed....here I come. ok i gotta go........have a good day tabbykat with the twins, pink boxing gloves and new career on the horizon.
