I'M NORMAL!!!!

Well, at least my BMI is       My BMI is now 24.8 which means that I am officially of normal weight....that means I'm no longer considered overweight!  I haven't been here since I was in grade school, probably age 5 or 6....I'm not sure it has sunk in yet.  I'm not overweight....hmmmmmm, I think I may need to ponder this a while, not sure what to think of it just yet.   I didn't think it would be that big of a deal, but now that its here, it does seem to be a HUGE deal.  I've been defined, as a person,  for so long by my weight that now I don't know how to define myself...does that make sense? Will have to ponder and pray about this....just wanted to share the news and to tell all the new post-ops, and the pre-ops too, to not give up and keep working at it...you'll be sharing your own good news in no time! Oh, I almost forgot...I saw the number 135 on the scale yesterday morning, that is my personal goal weight.  It was back up to 136 this morning....Aunt Flo should arrive any day now, but I was just excited to see the number!

This is as close to a party as I can get!!   Congratulations doesn't say enough. You've done such a great job, you deserve so much more than a bunch of smiley faces.  Great big hugs and smoochies!!! Love,

Oh Denise......THATS AMAZING!! I am so happy for you! I know you have worked hard for this! I am so proud! Can't wait until I get there!! You are an inspiraion to me!! Take care of yourself and keep up the EXCELLENT work!!!

Thanks y'all      Susan,  that's about as close to a party as I can get too!  I hope you're feeling better these days and ready for your plastics! Karen,  you'll be right here with me in no time...you seem so upbeat all the time, I just know you're going to reach your goals...I bet you're a great teacher!

BMI @ 24.8 and NORMAL....Way to go!  You have done so well and have inspired and coached many on OH.  Ponder all you want...being no longer considered OverWeight is a BIG DEAL.  You did it and a "that a girl" is well deserved!

I am SOOO proud of you.  Super-duper!  I can't wait to be there with you at my goal weight!
