I don't normally have two protein bars in one day, but I'm trying something different with my eating routine. I'm still having blurred vision/dizziness upon standing...my doc agrees with me that I am not dehydrated. She told me to change up my eating...she thinks I'm having a carb balance issue. So today midday I had protein and tonight I'll have protein before bed...last night I had a protein bar before bed and I didn't have any problems this morning with vision or dizziness and I haven't had any problems today. If it works, then I'll use something else for my protein instead of the bars...they are just handy right now while I experiment. I didn't want to mislead anyone into thinking its ok to have 2 protein bars every day instead of "regular" meals...I don't think that would be a good habit because they are a little high in fat and sugars. I hope that made sense!
