What cha Eating?......Saturday Edition

Now I feel like a COW because I have been able to eat a whole pintos & cheese for a while now!  I eat the same things repeatedly too.  I don't know why I do it.  I guess lack of effort NOT to do it!  But it works for me!

Don't feel like a cow, I could probably eat the whole thing too but I am VERY SCARED of I just try to be very aware of how much I am eating - -That is why I have been at a slow stall for the last 3 months! I have been slowly trying to increase my calorie intake so that it will pull my body outta starvation! I guess I thought I would always eat 1/2 cup LOL. (blonde moment) Anyway, if it had not of been for Susan, I would not have known what was going on with my body! THANK YOU SUZ! I am still trying to get up to 1000 calories a day. I don't get a feeling of fullness, and I guess that is why I have been scared of eating more. I am just a work in progress!

AM SHAKE: 15oz warm water and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder BREAKFAST: Farina Wheat Cereal w/ SF Strawberry Preserves LUNCH: Don't think I ate lunch DINNER: 1 Pork Rib with just a little BBQ Sauce, A few bites of  Pasta Salad (Ranch Bacon flavored) PM SHAKE: 10oz warm water and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder I got all my liquids in and then some.  I snacked on some beef jerky and popcorn during the day as well. 
Weight 5 Years Ago (2002): 275.0  --  50.3 BMI
Pre-Consult (7/05/07): 400.12 pounds  --  73.2 BMI
Surgery Day (8/15/07): 369.8  --  67.6 BMI
Past Weight (09/30/08):  205.0  --  37.5 BMI
Current Weight (01/08/09):  190.0  --  34.7 BMI
