Hey Rhonda!!! My day has been awful......FOOD WISE! I have been on the road since 5:30 this morning and just made it home about five minutes ago. I have had only fast food so far today and man can I tell it. My stomach actually hurts a little. I guess I am not used to the fast food anymore. TOO much grease! Anyway, here's my day.......... Breakfast- three bites of a sausage and biscuit and one bite of a hash brown ( McDonalds) Lunch- two bites of a cheese burger and two onion rings (Burger King) Dinner- pork roast and lima beans (MY MOMMA'S KITCHEN....YUM YUM!!) I would have liked to have made healthier choices but we drove and ate so it would have been hard to manage something like a salad....especially when driving!!! LOL!  Anyway, thats my day! Tell us what you had??   Karen

Hey Karen,
Traveling can be tuff! I find myself packing snacks when I know I am going on a trip. Look at what you ate today and compare it to what you would have ate before WLS....I'd say you did'nt do that bad!
I love Lima beans...I can eat peas and beans with no problem. Anyway, welcome back home Karen!

Yeah, they've been my life saver since I lost weight.  The whole milk is wonderful, and since I need the calories, sinless too!  Thank goodness I have an espresso machine at home or I'd have to mortgage the house to support my addiction...LOL.   If you ever want  another treat (and who doesn't?), you can do this at home. Get yourself some sugar free vanilla syrup, you can buy it at Starbuck's, or Wal-mart carries it too, I think.  Put about an ounce into a mug with milk and heat it in the microwave for about 1.5 minutes.  It's called a vanilla cream at "Buck's. or a steamer other places. Anyway, it's really yummy! Have a great day

Susan, where do you get the Fuzzy Navel drinks at? Do you order them online? I would like to get some.

Hey Ann,
The Nectar Fuzzy Navel drink mix can probably be purchased on line or GNC but I got mine at Drug Emporium in Little Rock. Stir it in some water and woa-la, it is just that easy! Hope that helps.

Hi Wendy!
Looks like you are doing real good at getting your liquid in ! You go girl! I noticed your pouchie also likes pintos & cheese! It is always a treat for me and I can almost eat a whole one now! If I add taco meat, it usally makes 2 or 3 meals for me. I eat the same thing over and over again....It drives my family wild! LOL
