Whatcha Eating.....Friday Edition??
TGIF!! I sooooooo look forward to Fridays! Here's what I've had today: Breakfast: 1 packet weight control oatmeal Snack: Muscle Milk Light--chocolate mint Lunch: 1 cup homemade chili Snack: 1 small banana Dinner: 2 small slices of thin crust cheese pizza Snack: will probably be protein chips and/or ham jerky TOTALS: CAL: 1133 FAT: 30 CARBS: 141 PROTEIN: 88 FLUIDS: 56oz
My calories were better today but my carbs are higher than usual...both due to the pizza but I only have it about once a month or so. I'll get the rest of my fluids in before bedtime. How did everyone else do?
20 ounces protein drink
SOLID MEAL 1 - pintos & cheese - cheese + hot sauce
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 2 - apple slices & 2 tbsp peanut butter
8 ounces protein smoothie
16.9 ounces water
SOLID MEAL 3 - soft taco w/ no tortilla
16 ounces skim milk & 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SNACK - not sure yet...i'll be up another couple of hours so probably some dry cheerios???

Here's my Friday.....which was my birthday
Wake up: whole milk latte
Bkfst: tortilla with shredded cheese and diced chicken
Snack: Almonds
Snack: Muscle Milk
Lunch; Barbeque pork sand 1/2, 1/4 cup potato salad
Snack: No sugar added ice cream on no sugar added apple pie----about 4 bites total, didn't sit so well
Dinner: French onion soup w/ salad
Snack: Naked Juice
