Whatcha Eating.....Wednesday Edtion??

Good morning everyone! I thought I would get this up and posted early since I'm on the computer anyway! Breakfast- 1 oz. peanuts ( not the greatest way to start your day but I had early morning duty and didn't have time for a breakfast. I figured peanuts would be better (extra protein) than skipping the meal all together!)  Lunch- slice of ham and cheese cubes Dinner- grilled pork chops and field peas Snack- banana Let us know what you are having today??   Karen

It's off to church so this will be short!

S/F Cinn Dolce Latte W/ whip

2 cups black coffee, 1 glass of u/s tea, fuzzy navel

part of a salad with vinegar & oil dressing, 1 cracker

2 bites of a meatball sub, I was on the run!

4 bites of soup (not very good)

i will drink some more before bedtime but probably not eat anything.

I know Karen & I are NOT the only ones that ate today! What 'bout you!
