ALmost a grandma

Just sharing my joy and a main reason for my surgery. I am expecting my 1st grandchild. My daughter went to the doctor today. They are going to put her in the hospital tomorrow night and try to soften her cervix, Than on Thursday morning Alex Tyler will be joining us. Doctor says wether he is pushed out or pulled out he will be here Thursday.
Alex is one of my main reasons for the surgery. I want to be around for him for a long time and be able to be an active grandma.. Going for walks and playing at the park.

Oh that is so wonderful. I know you are so excited. I know everyone says the first grandchild is the most exciting, but I have five and each one was exciting. And each one was a gift from God. With the last one, I got to be right there as my daughter delivered, it was her first child. OMG... what a miracle. Anyway, I understand about wanting to be around for a long time to see the grandkids grow up. They are so special. Hope everything goes well with your daughter and the delivery is an easy one.
