gym natzi
ok.....did 100 mins on the treadmill followed by 45-60 mins of lifting weights.
he woke me at 4 told me to do an hour only managed 25 mins because I hurt my knee and it is really sore.....but, It will not hurt for long.......
today I am tired.........but I have to do cardio tonight at the gym.............
