Whatcha Eating...Tuesday Edition??
Today looks like this so far:
Breakfast: chocolate s/f pudding & s/f cool whip
Lunch: 1/4 steak quesadilla w/ sour cream
3 cups of coffee, glass water. un-sweet tea
1 fuzzy navel
Taking my nephew bowling and who knows for dinner?
Salad, roast beef and green beans
Will try to have pintos & cheese before to late tonight.Still trying to get my calories up over 1000. I struggle with this everyday.

breakfast:: 1/2 c egg beaters, 2 turkey sausage patties(small) and one slice of wheat toast 225 cals, 28 gr pro................. ate 3/4 of all the food...not much snack: pnut butter sand 280 cals, 14 gr pro lunch : yogurt 80 cals 6gr pro snack: beef jerkey 2 oz, 140 cals , 30 gr pro
snack pnut butter sand....280 cals, 14gr pro gym natzi wants me to eat more......I try..........i am used to only about 700 or 900 at the most. I have tripled my protein too.......this sucks........I am so far out and still dont eat right....blah

Wake up and beyond--3 16 oz cups coffee Breakfast--Tiny croissant w/cheese and slice of roast beef Snack--Handfull of grapes Lunch--Wheat roll w/cheese and roast beef
Snack--2 SF popscicles
Dinner--piece of fried catfish, 2 corn nuggetts and 4-5 pieces of okra (we had dinner out, I was NOT good, and sadly, neither was the food)
Will have a couple SF popscicles before bed
