Let's get this started early so more people will post....What do you say?? Breakfast- slice of ham with a slice of cheese Lunch- grilled chicken breast and maybe some green beans Dinner- Leftover ham and potaotes Snack- almonds and cheese cubes What are you having today?   Karen

1 protein slam + 16.1 ounces crystal light
2/3 pintos & cheese
16.9 ounces water
2 tbsp sunflower seeds & 4/8 apple slices (large yellow apple?)
1/2 Gladiator
16.9 ounces water
1/2 cup Four Cheese Lasagna (Hamburger Helper)
1 cup skim milk + 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter + 4/8 apple slices (large yellow apple?)
