Whatcha Eatin... Sunday Edition!
I am feeling bad tonight as I go to sleep. I just gave in and ate 3 SF mini reese's peanut butter cups WHILE I drank my skim milk. I didn't need them and it put me at over 1100 calories for the day when my goal is 1000. I also ate them WHILE I was drinking my skim milk, so that is like a double whammy. I wasn't even hungry either. I just wanted them. I better nip that sort of crap in the bud or I'm doomed.

SOLID MEAL 2 - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
2 cups skim milk + 2 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
SOLID MEAL 3 - 1/2 cup Hamburger Helper (Four Cheese Lasagna)
2 SF banana popsicles
8 ounces skim milk + 1 tbsp SF chocolate syrup
3 SF reese's peanut butter cup minis
Calories: 1155.5
Fat: 35.8
Carbs: 89.2
Protein: 96.9
Fluid Ounces: 64.2
Wendy, don't beat yourself up over the Reese's.....you had them, now they're gone. But, it was more the eating/drinking at the same time that would concern me more than the SF Reeses.
It's good to see you had three meals that were all different, too. How about some veggies???

Bkfst: one blueberry pancake, 1/2 cup applesauce
Snack: Muscle milk
Snack: Almonds- 1 oz and Craisins
Lunch: Chicken and fruit salad
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: grilled fish, leftover salad, corn
snack: whole milk steamer
