Here's my Saturday:
Wake up: whole milk latte
Bkfst: carb balance tortilla with turkey pepperoni and cheese
way to work: whole milk latte
Snack baked potato
Lunch: lean cuisine grilled chicken w/rice
snack: muscle milk
snack: Naked Juice
Dinner: lentil soup and sm salad
Snack: 1/2 apple slices
