its WHAT TIME????????????????????????????????

Gym Natzi called me at 345 am to get up and walk an hour.....we talked for about 5 minutes then I got dressed like a good little girl and walked an hour. My gloves came in yesterday............ last night he had me on the treadmill for at least 40 mins of cardio since the class he was teaching is too intense for me right now. Wel...he comes over and tells me to do 90 mins and he will call me when he gets home so we can discuss food for the day and the schedule for today. anyhow its today..............i walked the hour from 415 til 515.............i am so sore. My manager at work saw my pink boxing gloves in my car this morning and decided to put them on and hit me a few times...........I got mad a threw a punch and it landed on his cheek bone......it was with my bare hand because he had my gloves...........he got mad and threw them on my desk and walked off.....I laughed so hard I almost wet my pants............... ok so anyhow I have to attend class tonight then work out one on one after............. have a good day....................HEY where is Susan??? tabs

Ok, is he crazy or what??? 3:45??? Good lord, I had only been asleep about and hour at that time!!!!! I think you are doing wonderful, but please be careful.  Still, you inspire me. Dont know where Susan is, if I dont see any post from her today, I will be calling her this evening.  Have a great day and remind your boss, you may be woman, but he needs to hear you ROAR!!!
