What Cha Eating.....Thursday Edition

Today was the pitts as far as food goes.
2 cups black coffee glass of u/s tea
couple bites of pork chop
glass u/s tea & couple more bites of pork chop
6-7 bites of chicken
I hope to get a fuzzy navel and more tea in before bed.
Chalk this day up to gotta do better tomorrow! We have had lots of stuff at church this week and it's been hectic.

8 ounces protein drink SOLID MEAL 1 - grilled chicken & lettuce w/ hot sauce 20 ounce protein smoothie 14 ounces water SOLID MEAL 2 - pintos & cheese 16.9 ounces water SNACK - apple slices w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter 12 ounces protein drink SOLID MEAL 3 - 1/2 cup Hormel chili w/ beans

i eat every two hours I wont post everything i will just say i ate about 1100 cals and 126 gr of protein. some of that is from shakes.....i dont eat enough food.

Wake up--2 cups black coffee Breakfast--1 C orange juice, protein powder and ice, yummm Snack--Trail mix Lunch--2 eggs scrambled w/cheese and 2 little slices bacon Glass of U/S Tea WE Rhondas luvs us some u/s tea Water Crystal Lite Dinner--1 Cheese enchilada and the filling from a beef and chicken one (Sounded like too much food, but these were small ones) Nothing else the rest of the day, Did not get my liquids in, but I got lots o' protein, today will be better (Friday)
