What Cha Eating.....Thursday Edition
Today was the pitts as far as food goes.
2 cups black coffee glass of u/s tea
couple bites of pork chop
glass u/s tea & couple more bites of pork chop
6-7 bites of chicken
I hope to get a fuzzy navel and more tea in before bed.
Chalk this day up to gotta do better tomorrow! We have had lots of stuff at church this week and it's been hectic.

Wake up--2 cups black coffee
Breakfast--1 C orange juice, protein powder and ice, yummm
Snack--Trail mix
Lunch--2 eggs scrambled w/cheese and 2 little slices bacon
Glass of U/S Tea WE Rhondas luvs us some u/s tea
Water
Crystal Lite
Dinner--1 Cheese enchilada and the filling from a beef and chicken one
(Sounded like too much food, but these were small ones)
Nothing else the rest of the day, Did not get my liquids in, but I got lots o' protein, today will be better (Friday)
